COMBINED BIOLOGICAL PLANT mod. DM0.1 Discharge Tab. 3 Appendix 5 Legislative Decree 152/06

DEPUHMEC® mod. DMO. 1 is a patented produci of MANZI. It is a plani for treating wastewater from industriai and domestic activities such as carwash, laundry and soapy wastewater. It is a monobloc, compact (dimensions 175cm x 76cm xh115cm), pre-assembled plani; it is water tight (in accordance to the UNI EN12255 norm) and can also be installed aboveground because weather resistant. It is based on biological purification process (Biomass and Fixed Film Activated Sludge) which grants high performance in small volume. Oxy-genation pump is single-phase, pump is set by a timer (no switchboard to be handled). DMO. 1 is completely automatic and easy to main-tain. Maximum hourly water flow: 150 liters; treatment efficiency of86%. DEPUHMEC® mod. DMO. 1 is compliant with EEC Directive 91/271. The treated effluent can be discharged directly into the sewer system or waterway (such as lakes or riversi or the ground (adding an optional tertiary treatment).

DEPURCOMPACT
COMBINED BIOLOGICAL PLANT

DEPURCOMPACT is a plani for treating soapy wastewater from carwash and laundry activities. It is monolithic, pre-assembled and water tight (in accordance to the UNI EN 12255 norm) and can also be installed aboveground because weather resistant.
It is based on biological purification process (Biomass and Fixed Film Activated Sludge) which grants high performance in small volume. It is provided with electrical relay for controlling, handling and optimizing plani functions - even in remote.
Sampling pit is inserted into Depurcompact structure. DCAR and DCARFhave also an integrated accumulation section for purified water storing and reusing. OCA /DCAR/DCAF/DCARF are compliant with EEC Directive 91/271 OCA and DCAR effluents can be discharged directly into the sewer system or waterway fsuch as lakes or riversi - compliant with Italian Legislative Decree n. 152, Tab 3 Annex 5. DCAF and DCARF effluent con be discharged directly into the ground - compliant with Italian Legislative Decree n. 152, Tab 4 Annex 5.

DCA/ DCAF/DCAR/ DCARF are available in the following models; the identification number means also maximum treatable water flow: 0.3 / 0.5 /1.0 /1.5 / 2.0 / 3.0 / 4.0 / 5.0 / 6.0 / 7.0.

DCAR/DCARF for water re-use (up to 80-90% ) with FQC Filters

Manzi automatic and manual combined filters (made in FRP) have been engineered to eliminate impurity, chlorine, surfactants and pollutants, both for domestic and industrial discharges.
A switch board automatically controls every operational phase. Water flow determines the type of filter to be installed.

Installed after a Manzi biological purification plant, Manzi filters allow water re-use up to 80-90% of discharge.

Closed Cycle System

When discharge is noi allowed, Manzi suggests installing an evapotranspiration plant to absorb not-reusable-water. Quar-tzite and carbon filter allows up to 80%-90% re-use and the remaining 20% is to be absorbed through evapotranspiration. Evapotranspiration (mod. EV/EVT), under its normaI functioning, does noi produce any waste water outlet discharge. It rema rkably stands our for its simple and inexpensive managing.
